Our Offset Printing Process

Our process on creating awesome projects.
    • 1. Prepress

    Create and proof the design, then make printing plates from the approved artwork.

    • 2. Plate Mounting

    Mount the plates onto the press and load the ink and fountain solution.

    • 3. Printing

    Transfer ink from the plates to a rubber blanket, then onto the paper.

    • 4. Post-Press

    Dry, cut, finish, and inspect the printed materials for quality before delivery.

    THE BEGINNING Printing business started as TOMCO in 1992 with only one machine for printing. As years passed by, we invested additional machines in printing calendars and receipts, later on, in headers and boxes. In 2006, the factory relocated into a bigger place due to the high demands on space and volume of customers, in Valenzuela City. The Company was renamed as PHILPACK running its printing business for almost 15 years. Year 2017, the first generation of TOMCO and PHILPACK decided to pass it to the second generation to continue the printing business, now as TONI AND BIO PRINTING PRESS. With the experience in commercial printing, we ensure that the job gets the attention it deserves from start to finish. OBJECTIVE Our main objective is to achieve a well-deserved company and to be known nationwide where our clients will recommend and refer others to us – which was a reward and a privileged at the same time that we can have for a successful printing business. OUR MISSION Our mission is to be one of the best printing service providers with an exceptional service, striving on our deliveries and to meet the expectations of our clients when it comes to printing needs and to value our client’s businesses as well. We developed solutions for the packaging, labels, signs and display and other printing services. We also focused on providing a good service and a long lasting relationship to our clients and be judge not by our words but through our actions.
